Responsibilities
Lead and coach Senior Managers, Team Leads, and Project Managers to achieve individual and regional sales targets
Foster a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, consistent follow-up, and a focus on customer satisfaction
Identify and develop emerging leaders and future managers within the sales organization
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and goal-setting meetings to reinforce standards and celebrate wins
Ensure consistent execution of Ram Jack’s sales process, software utilization, and lead follow-up standards across all regions
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics — including appointments, close ratios, revenue, and margins — and implement corrective actions where needed
Partner with the Senior Director to establish and manage sales goals, forecasts, and performance incentives
Support continuous improvement through field ride-alongs, coaching, and real-time feedback
Work cross-functionally with Quality Control and Production leadership to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to installation
Provide consistent communication and performance updates to the Senior Director
Share best practices between markets to drive overall company-wide sales excellence
Spend approximately 30% of time in the field conducting ride-alongs, mentoring Project Managers, and supporting regional sales efforts
Evaluate regional performance trends, market opportunities, and customer feedback firsthand
Qualification
Required
Proven sales leader with a strong track record in managing and scaling multi-region sales teams
Highly accountable and data-driven operator who thrives in a performance-based environment
Motivational coach who can inspire and develop people to exceed goals
