Responsibilities
Resolve escalated service requests and technical issues
Analyze, recommend, and implement IT infrastructure improvements
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications
Support end-users onsite, remotely, and via phone/email
Provide technical leadership on Microsoft, Apple, and server systems
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years
IAT Level II and CE/OS certification
PMI certification
Windows or Apple Certified Technician
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, hardware, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Jamf Pro
May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship
Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract
