This role involves serving as the primary contact for customers and distributors, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assists distributors, Outside Sales Team and end user customers with product availability, delivery information, product information and resolving discrepancies through phone, fax and email communications

Receives and processes all incoming orders while taking steps to apply proper pricing, stock availability and special instructions. Orders are processed to meet productivity and accuracy requirements while meeting customer and company deadlines

Coordinates customer requirements between manufacturing, traffic, shipping, field sales, carriers and other internal sales teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
