Vice President Treasury
Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Treasury Strategy Associate for a major global financial institution. This role involves supporting Treasury projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating communication between various departments to enhance funding, liquidity, and capital management.
Responsibilities
Support execution and tracking of high-impact Treasury projects, ensuring alignment across Treasury, Technology, Finance, and Risk
Monitor and interpret new regulatory developments related to liquidity, capital, and funding markets; assess business impact and propose adaptation strategies
Partner with Audit and Compliance to ensure timely, consistent responses to reviews and examinations
Develop executive-level presentations to communicate Treasury initiatives, strategic updates, and project status
Contribute to business requirements documentation and governance materials for Treasury programs
Serve as a liaison between global headquarters and regional Treasury leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Treasury Control, or a related finance/regulatory function within a financial institution
Understanding of liquidity, capital, or regulatory compliance frameworks
Strong communication skills—able to synthesize complex regulatory and financial topics into clear, concise presentations
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
Preferred
Business-level Japanese proficiency or experience in cross-border financial environments
