Office Manager
UST HealthProof is a mission-driven organization that transforms lives through technology. They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, manage vendor relationships, and support teams with logistical needs while ensuring compliance with office procedures.

Responsibilities
Manage vendors/suppliers, agreements, invoices, etc
Coordinate with IT department on all technical assets
Support teams with meeting setups; catering, supplies, security access, etc
Interact with high level leadership, showcasing attention to detail & professionalism
Maintain documentation for audits
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service or related field with the corporate environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English-language business writing
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Preferred
Prior experience in building management and thrives in the Facility Management environment
Knowledge with security badging and access control
Ability to troubleshoot general IT issues; video conferencing, Wi-Fi, battery power supply, etc
