NucleusTeq is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee a complex enterprise data warehouse migration to Snowflake on Azure. The TPM will manage multi-track delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Snowflake migration program, covering architecture, ETL, validation, and BI
Establish and manage program plans, risks, dependencies, and executive communications
Collaborate with architects and engineers to remove delivery blockers and maintain velocity
Manage vendor teams, offshore delivery partners, and business stakeholders across IT, risk, and compliance
Track KPIs, costs, and utilization metrics; ensure alignment with executive sponsors
Oversee PCI DSS, SOX, and data security compliance throughout delivery
Facilitate steering committee updates, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

10+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years in data modernization or cloud migration programs
Proven experience delivering Snowflake or Azure data platform programs
Strong understanding of ETL, data modeling, and BI lifecycle management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or Azure Cloud certification preferred
Experience in banking or financial regulatory environments preferred
