Truist Investment Services is seeking a Brokerage Operations Senior Trade Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations in the department. Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day operations by processing tasks within the department(s) and maintaining excellent service levels
Resolve issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of the business
Stay current with industry standards and new policies and procedures relative to the area of responsibility
Responsible for complex tasks in the department
Perform supervisory reviews of certain critical functions and retrieve and monitor exception reports
Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business
Monitor daily inventory position and P&L information for respective trading desks and assist in the resolution of any differences

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
Minimum of two (2) years experience in brokerage operations
Knowledge of advanced concepts, principles and practices of assigned functional area(s)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Driven to achieve results, thrive in a fast paced environment and required to solve problems and make decisions based on sound judgement
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7
