Quality Inspector (Final)

The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Orange EV charger systems and electrical assemblies through in-line and end-of-line inspections.

Responsibilities
Perform in-line and final inspections of electrical assemblies, including wiring harnesses, connectors, relays, sensors, and power distribution modules
Intermediate understanding and usage of Quality core tools such as Inspection Checklists, Control Plans, inspection SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures). Analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective verbal, writing and interpersonal skills are required
Interpret and apply electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to validate build accuracy
Maintain traceability of serialized parts and assemblies, ensuring accurate documentation and data entry
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on charger systems to ensure they meet all required Quality standards
Document non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues in real time
Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and contribute to quality-related training and awareness efforts
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of QA / QC inspection experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing or electrical manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with inspection SOPs, control plans, and checklists
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Background in sheet metal fabrication, coating, and/or electrical/electronic component assembly
Awareness of CSA marks, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949 standards
