Colliers is an industry leader in commercial real estate, seeking a Senior Valuation Specialist to join their Boston office. This role involves executing valuation and appraisal assignments for various corporate clients and requires a strong understanding of valuation principles across all property types.

Responsibilities

Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc

Work with other Team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results

Independently gather pertinent data through direct client interaction, including personal & telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers

Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends

Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner

Required

3-5 years of related work experience

Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License

Strong organization and communication skills

Bachelor's Degree

CRE experience/ background to perform the role

Team player mentality with excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
