Responsibilities
Focus on the data management and administration of the CRM for admitted students to the University
Review newly admitted student biographical and program information in Banner as inputted by the CRM
Perform and run daily admission related queries in the CRM to contribute to the office application review process
Collaborate with on campus stakeholders to fulfill their CRM needs by creating and editing processes of the CRM
Support the day-to-day operations and management of the CRM
Review/process transcripts related to the admissions application process
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Currently admitted to a UCM graduate degree program
3.0 or higher graduate level GPA if previous graduate level courses have been taken
2.7 or higher undergraduate level GPA if no previous graduate level courses have been taken
Must be dependable, punctual, conscientious, and self-motivated to accomplish tasks without constant supervision
Preferred
Administrative role or experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Past use of office technology or databases preferred
Benefits
Students filling a Graduate Assistantship (GA) position are eligible to receive a graduate tuition waiver, a graduate non-resident tuition waiver (if applicable), and a graduate mandatory fees waiver.
For a full (20-hour per week) assistantship, the scholarship covers tuition costs and mandatory fees up to 12 credit hours of graduate coursework per semester.

30.25% (staff) and 6% (faculty) defined retirement contribution, paid by the university;
