Responsibilities

Engage and follow up with prospective customers generated through online, phone, and in-person inquiries
Build rapport quickly and guide customers through our proven Red Door Homes process, from first contact to signed construction agreement
Conduct design and pricing meetings, presenting home plans, features, and financing options
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by setting clear expectations and following up consistently
Manage the full sales pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring notes, next steps, and statuses are accurate
Collaborate closely with the Online Sales Counselor, Pre-Construction, and Construction teams for a seamless customer handoff
Follow the company’s structured sales process and brand promises
Maintain model home or sales office appearance and readiness for customer visits
Participate in marketing and community outreach events to build brand awareness
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Required

Proven success in sales, customer service, or relationship-based roles (homebuilding or real estate experience preferred but not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
Tech-savvy and organized, able to manage multiple clients using CRM tools and follow-up systems
Driven by goals and motivated by earning potential
Professional, positive, and approachable personality
Comfortable presenting in person, over the phone, and via video meetings
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours to meet client needs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
