They are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide therapy via telehealth, focusing on creating affirming and accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

Responsibilities
Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
Focus on exceptional client care while managing administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance
Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks
Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
Qualification
Required
Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
Preferred
Telehealth experience preferred but not required
