The Manufacturing Assembler will be responsible for assembling structural component frames for data centers, requiring strong carpentry skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Assemble structural frames and components according to assembly drawings and specifications
Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, and fit materials to precise dimensions
Secure components using bolting, fastening, and other mechanical techniques
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality control checklists
Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly processes and productivity
Qualification
Required
Experience in carpentry, mechanical assembly, or a related trade
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
Good communication skills and ability to complete documentation accurately
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed
Preferred
Previous experience assembling structural or industrial components
Familiarity with manufacturing or construction environments
Knowledge of quality control standards and safety procedures
