The role involves taking orders, serving meals, and preparing bar drinks while ensuring a memorable experience for guests during evening shifts on weekends.

Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests promptly with professionalism and care
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner
Prepare and serve bar drinks according to recipes and guest requests
Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas and service stations
Assist with banquet service and special events as needed
Process guest checks and handle payments accurately
Maintain knowledge of daily menu items, specials, and bar offerings
Ensure tables and service areas remain clean, stocked, and welcoming throughout the shift
Work closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth meal and beverage service
Handle guest requests or concerns with courtesy and efficiency
Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Perform other related duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership
Qualification
Required
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred; bar service experience a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 PM to Midnight, with flexibility for occasional banquet shifts
