Responsibilities
Leading sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects
Advising clients on land use, entitlements, leasing, and construction matters, ensuring deals are structured efficiently and mitigate risk
Acting as a trusted business advisor to developers, REITs, lenders, and private investors, guiding them through every phase of complex deals
Collaborating with colleagues in related practice areas (Corporate, Tax, and Finance)
Qualification
Required
J.D. degree, admitted to practice law in TX
8+ years of experience in Real Estate law, with a strong background in commercial transactions and development work
Proven expertise in negotiating and closing complex real estate deals from term sheet to post-closing
A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset aligned with a mid-sized, high-performance culture
