Senior Software Engineer, macOS
DTEX Systems is a leader in Insider Risk Management, seeking a Senior Software Engineer with macOS Development experience to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software modules for the macOS platform, while collaborating with other teams to enhance the DTEX solution.
Responsibilities
DTEX is seeking a talented and skilled Senior Software Engineer focused on developing Systems software and applications for the macOS platform
Design, develop, test, document and maintain software modules running on the macOS platform
Work with other teams to develop new features and integrations between the various software components that comprise the DTEX solution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related Engineering or Science fields
3+ years of experience in relevant roles
Proficient in developing software for the macOS platform
Strong understanding of macOS administration
In-depth knowledge of macOS platform architecture and internals, such as Darwin, Cocoa SDK, Core Services, and various Apple development libraries and SDKs
Proficient in Xcode and programming in Swift, Objective-C and C++
Experience developing using the Apple Endpoint Security framework
Good knowledge of general OS internals such as kernel mode and user mode, filesystems, networking concepts, process and application management, security and access control
Good knowledge of databases, cryptography and troubleshooting in a macOS environment
Knowledge of macOS device management applications and concepts
A US citizen based in the US
Preferred
Prefer experience in startup environments
