Responsibilities

Develop and socialize the data strategy to improve Open Banking consent and data onboarding by enhancing the Customer experience through direct UI testing, customer research, and partnering with Enterprise Product on execution

Understand data needs for Credit and Analyst teams across Acquisitions and Customer Management, and tailor data onboarding approach accordingly

Evaluate competitor and marketplace trends (e.g. current use cases, trends, roadmaps)

Lead one or more tech teams to execute strategy and vision

Co-own, build and deliver against next wave of multi-year data imperatives in partnership with Enterprise to make data easy and trustworthy to produce, access and use

Own relationships and drive buy-in with all Card and cross Enterprise stakeholders

Make this team the destination for data and product talent in Capital One

Required

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
