Agency Director
Chubb is a leading company in the insurance sector, and they are seeking an Agency Director to lead the business strategy and performance in assigned markets. The role involves driving growth in premium through new and existing customers, collaborating with Agency Leaders, and overseeing sales and operational support.

Responsibilities
Create and establish the general direction of their assigned market(s). Assess and adapt plans and priorities to address service gaps and/or operational challenges
Protect and promote the Combined brand in the Marketplace. Act as the liaison between the Company and customers
Oversee the execution of all aspects of sales, training, and operational support for assigned market(s)
Provide support to the ALs and ACs with sourcing prospective new Independent Agent candidates and independent agencies to sell Combined products
Make recommendations on accepting/rejecting candidates for appointment as Independent Agents
Coach and develop high performing Managers according to Combined training programs, standards, and expectations
Work with ALs to identify targeted, optional training needs
Support ALs with the rollout of new product training, sales tools and/or distribution channels
Analyze and manage performance of Agency Leaders in the assigned market(s)
Works with Compliance team to ensure that agency sales are done in a compliant manner and in accordance with state regulators
Serve as the main conduit to ask Compliance for service and answering questions about operations and implementation
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading business strategy and overall agency performance
Expertise in Company product distribution channels including individual non-payroll, broker, independent agency/contractors, and worksite
Ability to develop and provide support to teams on Company offerings and business model execution
Experience collaborating with Agency Leaders and providing support to Agency Coordinators and Independent Agents
Ability to assist in the development and delivery of training and education initiatives
Experience in overseeing sales, training, and operational support
Experience in sourcing and recruiting Independent Agent candidates and independent agencies
Ability to make recommendations on accepting/rejecting candidates for appointment as Independent Agents
Experience coaching and developing high performing Managers
Ability to analyze and manage performance of Agency Leaders
Experience working with Compliance teams to ensure agency sales are compliant
Preferred
Experience in assessing and adapting plans and priorities to address service gaps and operational challenges
Experience in protecting and promoting a brand in the marketplace
Experience in rolling out new product training and sales tools
