Customer Intake Senior Associate

Responsibilities
Verify and ensure the accuracy of customer account information
Communicate and work with customers via phone, email and messaging, to ensure their account information is accurate and complete
Work in collaboration with Empower customer success team
Qualification
Required
You are extremely detail-oriented and organized
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a customer service/support role or call center environment (preferably for a financial institution)
Familiar with Zendesk
Team-first mentality and a professional attitude
College degree
2+ years of professional experience
Preferred
Experience in finance or accounting roles
