Responsibilities

Daily preparation/initiation of wires and other payments

Follow and enforce Global Treasury Policy

Cash management for Global Hilco entities

Daily, weekly, monthly cash flow forecast management

Banking and Bank Portal Administration

Opening and closing of bank accounts, managing signatories and list of authorized approvers

Loan management- borrowings/repayments with support from Global Treasury team

Subject Matter Expert from Treasury for support to Finance and accounting functions

Support in developing and maintaining internal controls

Support with funding of all investments from the appropriate financing vehicles

Provide interest expense and outstanding debt analysis and debt covenant compliance calculations

Support Treasury staff with any adhoc projects
