They are seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain the property up to brand standards and owner expectations, ensuring guest satisfaction through effective room maintenance and attention to guest needs.

Responsibilities

Painting of guestrooms, public space and work areas

Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs

Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/task and preventative maintenance requirements

Will inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly regular PM program in accordance with the organizations standards

Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper any housekeeping issues

Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable

Addresses all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner

Flexible work schedule

Excellent guest service skills required

Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance

Weekends are Required
