Responsibilities
Lead on-site and off-site fabrication and integration activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
Mentor and coach junior technicians and engineers to foster skill development and professional growth
Demonstrate advanced communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with technicians, various engineering disciplines, and program leadership to meet project objectives

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, SCI access, and complete a Counterintelligence Polygraph examination
Extensive knowledge of MLI materials
Expert at interpreting MLI templates, drawings, E6 documentation, and various related process documents
Advanced MLI specific troubleshooting skills
Expertise in complex TIP fabrication and modification, including a deep understanding of non-standard materials
Extensive launch support/final build experience
Ability to identify and lead initiatives for process improvements
Advanced integration skills to include deployable and various types of moving hardware
