Responsibilities
Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases)
Oversee global consolidations and corporate accounting for multiple entities
Manage technical accounting reviews , including new standards and complex transactions
Ensure SOX compliance and maintain robust internal controls
Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
Present consolidated financial results and insights to senior leadership
Develop and mentor a team , fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate SEC reporting
CPA required
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance
Experience with global consolidations and technical accounting
Proven leadership skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
Familiarity with Active Disclosure or similar SEC filing tools
