Sales Trader Internship (Paid, Full-Time, In-Office)
OTC Flow is a leading environmental commodity trading company with offices in multiple cities. They are seeking highly commercial and ambitious interns for a full-time, paid sales trading internship, where interns will be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, negotiating, and closing transactions in local renewable energy markets.
Responsibilities
High-volume outbound outreach (phone-heavy) to source new clients
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing
Close bespoke transactions in renewable energy related markets
Build and manage your own client portfolio
Be assessed on your commercial skillset plus your ability to close transactions and create revenue
Qualification
Required
Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals
Extremely confident communicators who enjoy phone-based sales
Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
Energetic, highly motivated and extremely competitive individuals
Comfortable with fast-paced, results-driven environments
Preferred
Prior experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or cold outreach roles - internships included
Prior experience or exposure to renewable energy markets
