Responding to emergency calls
Assessing damage
Performing water extraction
Drying and dehumidification processes
Cleaning and deodorizing affected areas
Conducting mold remediation activities
Assisting in demolition and reconstruction efforts
Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience in water damage restoration, including advanced drying and moisture detection
Skills in fire and smoke damage cleanup, odor removal, and safe reconstruction
Proficiency in mold remediation, containment, removal, and prevention
Ability to perform professional-grade sanitization for odor removal and carpet cleaning
Knowledge in full-scale reconstruction, including demolition and rebuilding
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
IICRC certification or willingness to obtain it
