Marketing Coordinator
TPI is an employee-owned company specializing in the casino industry, connecting casinos with players through creative marketing solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with project management, coordinate campaigns, and support the marketing team in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities
Manage a marketing project management system (e.g. Monday.com)
Maintains a centralized marketing calendar and aligns timelines for campaigns, conferences, email sends, social content, and mailers
Serve as the primary intake for standard marketing requests from Sales, HR, and Operations
Create standardized task lists, due dates, and creative asset checklists for each major initiative (e.g., conferences, campaigns, webinars)
Supports execution, creation and manages TPI’s social media posts and website stories
Create, organize and maintain marketing content, and ensure all content is up to date and accessible by the sales team
Track and report marketing KPI’s across all campaigns and initiatives
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or administration
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
Two years in a Marketing role
Associates degree (AAS) in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
Experience with tools like Monday.com, or Adobe is a plus
