Engage with Executives: Be a trusted advisor, leading strategic conversations on financial planning, M&A opportunities, and business growth strategies
Transform Client Businesses: Deliver innovative solutions that improve profitability, streamline operations, and position clients for long-term success
Mentor and Collaborate: Guide and develop the careers of vcfo controllers, assistant controllers, and other team members while contributing to the growth of our internal practice
Work Across Industries: Each day, you’ll navigate unique challenges across multiple sectors, building a portfolio that keeps you learning and growing
Build Relationships: Grow your network with C-level executives, and help lead business development and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years of finance & accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role
Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Comfortable building rapport with clients and executives while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling —you know the ins and outs of the financial world
Strong knowledge of merger and acquisition activities, debt negotiation, and financial systems
A natural leader, you'll mentor others and contribute to team and business development
