Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Account Manager

KeyStaff is a growing accounting and advisory firm dedicated to helping businesses achieve financial clarity and success. They are seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients, ensuring exceptional service and accurate financial records.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Manage full-charge bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
Process client payables and receivables through online banking platforms
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and related management reports
Create and review journal entries to ensure accurate coding and compliance with accounting standards
Maintain organized and secure records of all financial documentation, both digital and physical
Perform accurate and efficient data entry and transaction review
Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Provide administrative and accounting support to the team as needed
Stay current with accounting best practices and contribute to process improvements

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or client account management
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online — certification required annually
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and general computer applications
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency assessment will be given
Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (bachelor's degree preferred)
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site in West Palm Beach
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
