BAS Inside Sales Representative

EMCOR Group, Inc. is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service, proposals, and quotes for repair work in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work
Tracks outstanding proposals
Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals
Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system
Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes
Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals
Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes
Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals
Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed
Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team

Required

High School Diploma
HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience
Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce
