Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of vehicle status and additional service needs
Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and required time
Execute repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications
Collaborate effectively with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate repair completion
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Honda experience preferred)
Master-level certification
Proficient in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
