Responsibilities
Provide protection of all company assets including people, property, and information
Conduct theft investigations including surveillance via CCTV and covert equipment
Transact, audit and support operational team with trailer yard activities
Monitor alarm systems, building access, and fire and life safety regulations
Monitors access control to main warehouse and inbound/outbound freight flow
Serve as a business partner in the area of operational processes and inventory to reduce shrink
Capacity to handle confidential information
Attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Action driven, and results oriented
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
Qualification
Required
Relevant work experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Security and / or a Bachelor's degree, or on track to obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major
Prior Military or Law Enforcement a plus
Demonstrates positive energy, motivation, and flexibility
Ability to successful work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suites and the ability to learn and use in-house software packages
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV equipment and systems
Ability to work both inside and outside during all types of weather
