They are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead business development efforts, focusing on identifying and securing external hotel management contracts.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel owners, developers, and investors seeking third-party management services
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and investment groups
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver management proposals, presentations, and business pitches
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to support the onboarding of new management contracts
Negotiate management agreements in line with company objectives and profitability goals
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new management contracts
Represent the company at hospitality industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (preferably in management, operations, or business development)
Proven track record in securing management contracts, franchise deals, or hotel partnerships
Strong understanding of hotel operations, ownership structures, and financial performance metrics (RevPAR, GOP, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
