Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end which includes establishing project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols
Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Revit
Institutional project experience - Civic, public, schools, city buildings, fire stations....etc
