10+ years expPTR Industries is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer at a Senior/Advanced level to provide expertise in cutting tools and CNC processes for machined and assembled parts. The role involves creating CNC programs, supporting new product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Proven experience and knowledge to create CNC programs for a variety of CNC machines, including multi axis/ pallet machines
Develops and implements solutions for processed parts in machining and assembly
Provides support to help with the development of manufacturing people and processes in a machining and assembly organization
Supports machining of new product development
Supports projects and processes working with cross-functional teams to complete tasks on time and on budget
Works with equipment/tooling and material vendors - Evaluates processes for improvements
Develops tool setup sheets for operators and machinists to support manufacturing operations
Provide technical support during DFM process with regard to new and current product development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience (15 years)
Experience of general manufacturing processes and Lean Six Sigma Tools
Experience in programming, machine setup and operation of CNC machines
Excellent understanding and experience with CNC controllers (Fanuc, OSP, Siemen's, etc.)
10 years CNC machining and 5 years CNC programming experience
Lean manufacturing understanding
Kaizen event understanding
5S knowledge and experience
Preferred
Experience in Esprit Cam preferred
