Responsibilities

Drive innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
Influence the end -to-end fulfillment process (quality and cost)
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2024 variable cost and quality goals
Gather and analyze data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
Analyze and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
Develop Amazon best practices for internal operations
Leverage analytics to support the future state of the business
Have solid understanding of under the roof/on the road operational processes and the financial tradeoffs and technical requirements associated with implementing change

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Preferred

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
