Senior Accountant
AccruePartners is a fast-growing, data-driven healthcare platform that aims to transform healthcare at scale. The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial reports, participate in close processes, and collaborate with teams to resolve accounting issues while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reports
Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
Analyze financial statements and provide insights and recommendations
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues
Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for financial fluctuations
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support
Mentor and train junior accounting staff
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on general ledger and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of GAPP and ASC 606, ASC 805, and ASC 350
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion
