IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Deployment & configuration of firewalls, switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs
Access control systems (badge readers, door controllers, software integration)
Security camera setup (IP cameras, NVRs, PoE, remote access configuration)
ISP coordination and WAN setup (circuit provisioning, failover testing)
Server rack build-outs and cable management (rack assembly, labeling, UPS)
Cloud migration experience (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
Office IT build-outs and conference room AV setup (Logitech Rally, Tap, ClickShare)
Procurement and hardware staging (BOM review, pre-configuration, logistics)
Vendor coordination (cabling, AV, electrical contractors)
Technical documentation (network diagrams, configuration records, SOPs)
Project coordination and task tracking (status updates, milestone reporting)
Client support and onboarding (email setup, conference room training)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (hardware/software/network)
Adaptability and multitasking across diverse IT environments
Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients
Qualification
Required
MUST RESIDE IN NYC AREA - NO REMOTE
