New Grad, Entry LevelLove's Travel Stops is a family-owned and operated business focused on fueling customers' journeys since 1964. They are seeking an experienced Store Auditor to ensure the accuracy of cash over/short amounts across assigned stores and to work with various departments to maintain compliance with internal controls and procedures.
Responsibilities
50% time will be spent reconciling:
Bank Deposits (Recycler/Armored Car/Bank)
Physical Check deposits
Lottery/Lotto Sales
Other Revenue Categories
15% Work with Store Central to analyze, report and resolve cash variances
10% Review non-fuel sales and tenders on Retalix/Agility EOD reports
10% Validate and Adjust Paid outs, over dispense, manual fuel, coupons, rebates
5% Work with GM, OM, DM, DD on Adjustments and reporting issues at stores
5% Work with accounting and operations groups to resolve additional store related issues
5% Other duties assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Some experience in accounting is highly recommended
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel; strong team building skills
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Manual dexterity enough to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
Requires normal range of hearing and vision
