Responsibilities

Oversee creative strategy for all of Studio Resonate’s Key Account clients
Hire, train, and promote the professional growth of a world-class team of creative strategists
Partner with our Sales and Sales Development teams to develop key account support plans, pre-sale creative strategy and briefs
Drive demand and creative partnership with creative agency and brand teams
Write and review campaign creative briefs; lead internal kickoff meetings, run brainstorms both internally and externally
Lead client kickoff meetings to review briefs and align on creative strategy
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Audio Producers, and Designers to develop audio campaigns from concept to completion
Collaborate with the Ad Effectiveness team on campaign measurement, creative testing, and best practices
Function as an internal subject matter expert for ad product strategy
Help identify new creative offerings to meet advertiser needs, and build supporting processes
Educate Studio Resonate and cross-functional teams on how to deliver more strategic creative and how to identify opportunities to unlock advertising spend through creative
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to foster career growth and professional development
Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance reviews, and guide team members in setting and achieving goals
Build and maintain an inclusive, collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and accountability

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years experience in digital advertising creative, audio, brand strategy, and/or copywriting; advertising agency experience preferred
5+ years of people leadership, with a track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and when handling multiple projects
Extremely high attention to detail and organization
Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals
Must have legal right to work in the U.S

Preferred

Familiarity with audio production is strongly preferred
Creative agency experience is strongly preferred
