JMS Sales Lead
Mi-Case is seeking a JMS Sales Lead responsible for selling software solutions to prospective clients and managing existing accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through lead generation, relationship management, and sales negotiations within the Jail/Corrections industry.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through various channels (email outreach, networking, social media, industry events, etc.). Qualify leads and develop strategies to convert prospects into paying customers
Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase how the software solution can address their pain points and improve their business operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and support
Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Customize proposals and contracts, handle objections, and finalize deals to meet sales targets
Stay updated on the software product offerings, features, and market trends. Be able to articulate the product's value proposition clearly and confidently. Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure proper onboarding and customer success
Track sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system. Report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, sales strategies, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in software sales, Government sales, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the software industry, including SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate software solutions
Experience with sales tools and CRM software (HubSpot)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Specific Jail/Corrections sales experience
Knowledge of specific software or technology platforms relevant to the company's products
