They are seeking an experienced Vice President of New Business Development to lead the company’s growth strategy across the U.S. and drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise-level opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead the company’s commercial and strategic growth initiatives
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Secure new clients through direct engagement, networking, and referrals
Manage and respond to RFPs, proposals, and presentations
Build brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing efforts
Partner with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
Represent Diversified at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
Analyze sales data and market trends to guide strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales leadership
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with CRM platforms
High integrity, results-driven, and collaborative leadership style
Preferred
MBA
Background in receivables management, fintech, or B2B professional services
Experience with HubSpot
