Responsibilities

Assist UCRH staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation related to the Rural Dental Recruitment Program

Collaborate with the Pre-Dental Program Coordinator to support recruitment efforts, track program participants, and ensure the delivery of necessary resources and information to students and staff

Maintain communication with dental schools, program participants, and rural health clinics to facilitate program objectives and strengthen partnerships

Monitor program timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with the established work plan and funding guidelines

Provide logistical support for outreach activities, pre-dental recruitment events, and any community-based initiatives aimed at promoting the program's goals

Assist in collecting and analyzing data on program performance and outcomes, contributing to progress reports required by the funding source

Work with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness of the program and its impact on rural dental recruitment
