Responsibilities

Engage with business owners to discuss funding needs and present tailored capital solutions
Negotiate deal structures and terms with confidence and precision
Manage your personal sales pipeline from initial outreach through to funding
Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to ensure smooth deal flow
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Required

Strong negotiation and closing skills — confident in high-volume phone and email outreach
Basic math proficiency for calculating percentages, commissions, and deal structures
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
Must be based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area and available to work in-office 5 days per week (potential hybrid flexibility)

Preferred

Experience in sales, MCA, or financial services preferred (entry to senior-level candidates welcome)
