Litigate insurance and bad faith actions in Washington State and other jurisdictions

Provide a wide range of insurance coverage services to the firm’s clients

Conduct legal research

Engage in legal writing

Prepare pleadings and briefs

Manage discovery

Conduct and defend depositions

Provide liability analyses to clients

Fashion litigation strategies commensurate with the case

Required

JD with excellent academic credentials

At least three years (3+ yrs.) of solid litigation experience

Demonstrated experience handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and/or insurance related actions

Ability to handle breach of contract, bad faith, and all facets of insurance litigation from inception to trial, including conducting legal research, doing detailed analysis, engaging in legal writing, preparing pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, and conducting and defending depositions

Demonstrated experience providing liability analyses to clients and fashioning litigation strategies commensurate with the case

Experience with both state and federal court proceedings

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner

Current Washington State Bar admission in good standing
