Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support office operations and administrative tasks
Assist in project management and follow-up
Facilitate communication across teams and departments
