The Inside Sales and Support Representative will provide exceptional customer service and support sales efforts, helping to achieve revenue growth objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provide top notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships
Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email
Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases
Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions
Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails
Qualification
Required
Proven inside sales and customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to make independent decisions
Self-starter
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude
Call center experience
Associates or bachelor's degree in related field
Spanish speaking skills
