They are seeking an experienced Principal or Senior Project Manager to lead their Natural Resources team in Panama City, focusing on managing complex environmental projects and mentoring a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of scientists and project managers

Manage complex projects involving wetland delineations, environmental resource permitting (ERP), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permitting

Oversee coordination with the Water Management District, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC)

Develop project budgets, schedules, and proposals while maintaining profitability and quality control

Build and maintain client relationships, leveraging local market knowledge and professional networks to grow the business

Support mitigation planning, UMAM functional assessments, and compliance monitoring

Provide technical oversight and quality control for reports, delineations, and permit applications

Dock, marina, seawall permitting experience a plus

FWC Gopher Tortoise Agent a plus
