New Business Sales Supervisor (Veterinary-Focused)

Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and report activity and production output for all Account Executives to ensure annual sales goals are met or exceed
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to Account Executives; establish clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and deliver ongoing training and development opportunities
Review and approve time-off requests, bi-weekly timecards, and performance appraisals; implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with IT and internal departments to define user requirements, test and implement system enhancements, monitor system performance, and identify and resolve issues
Represent Pearl Insurance at trade shows, conventions, and conferences as needed
Coordinate with Marketing to create and distribute new targeted marketing campaigns
Partner with executive leadership to coordinate and execute sales contests, business initiatives, and performance strategies
Maintain current knowledge of insurance industry trends, products, and best practices through continued education, networking, and professional development activities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
Minimum 3 years of professional liability and/or Property & Casualty insurance experience with demonstrated sales or leadership success
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes

Preferred

Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or CISR are preferred
Some travel required (a few trips annually) to attend key AVMA events, conferences, or team meetings
