Giving Home Health Care is a leading provider of personalized, in-home care for individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities. The company is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily living assistance and personal care services to patients in their homes, following physician-established care plans.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record

Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies

Performs patient assessments, coordination of care

Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home

Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one

Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients

Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs

Qualification

CPR certificationFirst Aid certificationClinical care experienceHome health experienceManual dexterityHand-eye coordinationInterpersonal skills

Required

Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test

Good interpersonal skills

Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients

Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Preferred

Experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred
