Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets
Determine and execute GTM strategies for Federal space, Healthcare, and IQC markets
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of strategic sales representatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and high-value clients
Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design solutions that address client needs
Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategies
Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for large or complex deals
Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness

Required

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, required
Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex deals and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market dynamics
Experience managing enterprise clients and long sales cycles
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
